Professional Mojo teaches you how to leverage social media and grow your business.

When you are introduced to the fiery redhead, you can tell Rachael knows a great deal about hard work and a lot about running a business, and she isn't afraid to tell you about either.

Beginning in 2006, Rachael served as Director of Marketing Services for an Atlanta-based venture capitol company that creates, operates and then sells B2B tech-based companies. A portion of the company's portfolio includes a national recruitment firm, email marketing provider, survey services, software as a service (SaaS), and a professional development association with over 2,000 members nationwide. Acting as primary marketing liaison to each portfolio company, she spearheaded marketing initiatives, targets and metrics. She worked closely with senior management to refine brand strategy, identify new markets and ensure execution. Her hand fell into every facet of creation from inception to sales, marketing research to human resources, competitive intelligence to business development, and marketing to operations.

Prior to her tenure with the Atlanta firm, Rachael owned and operated a graphic design services firm. Clients included area nonprofit organizations, insurance companies, universities, real estate developers, industrial plants and contractors, and religious-affiliated organizations among others. She produced print advertisements, directories, brochures, press releases, radio commercials, websites and more. In the four years preceding her self-employment, she served locally as public relations and business development coordinator for a nonprofit, national construction trade association that serves over 17,000 members nationwide.

Rachael holds a B.A. from Louisiana State University. Having the itch to see the Pacific Ocean, she also spent a year at the University of California in Long Beach.

When you meet Rachael one can, most times, tell by her accent and southern charm she's the kind of person who never met a stranger. It's her passion for helping others and the challenges of business that drive her motivation. It's this love that fueled her to partner with friend and business associate, Lee Brogden-Culberson, and venture out to focus on their core strengths to aid the small business and entrepreneurial communities, ones they feel are vastly under-served.
